We take bookkeeping off your endless to-do list, giving you back your time to grow, build, and create!

Cleanup Projects

Haven’t touched your books all year? No problem!

Any retroactive cleanup work needed will be included in your scope of work estimate.

This can be a one-time project in time for tax filing, or in addition to monthly bookkeeping services.

Additional Financial Services

Depending on your business needs, we can meet via Zoom monthly, quarterly, or upon appointment to go over your financial reports and discuss any other financial objectives!

What to Expect

Virtual Consultation

During your discovery call, we will gather more information about your business, your current bookkeeping, and what your accounting needs are.

Following the call, we will prepare a proposal that includes any retroactive cleanup work, as well as monthly recurring services.

We may ask for recent bank statements and access to your Quickbooks Online account (if you have one) in order to assess your books and provide you an accurate quote.

Onboarding

Once our proposal is accepted, we will gain accountant access to your Quickbooks Online account, bank and credit card accounts, and other platforms that are needed to provide bookkeeping services. We will complete any retroactive cleanup work needed.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Once your books are up-to-date, we will begin monthly bookkeeping services.

Throughout the month, any questions we have about transactions will be communicated to you through a shared file.

Account reconciliations will be completed and financial reports will be sent in the first few weeks of the month.

What accounting software do you use?

We use Quickbooks Online for our clients. We can help you set up or migrate to QBO if you are on a different platform.

What services does Thrive not provide?

We do not offer payroll services, bill pay, or tax filings services.

How will services be provided?

All services will be provided virtually, through email or Zoom. We serve clients all throughout the US!

How much do your services cost?

Our bookkeeping services are priced individually for each of our clients, depending on the scope of work and complexity of your business. Our monthly bookkeeping services start at $450/month.

Do you prepare tax returns?

While we do not prepare tax returns, we are happy to prepare the reports your CPA needs to file your taxes. We’ll address any questions they may have, ensuring the process is as seamless as possible for you.
