What to Expect
1. Discovery Call
During our consultation, we’ll discuss your business, current bookkeeping systems, and goals.
Following the call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining:

Monthly service pricing
To provide an accurate quote, we may request recent bank statements or view-only access to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Onboarding
Once your proposal is approved, we’ll:
Obtain accountant access to QuickBooks Online
Secure necessary access to bank and credit card accounts
Complete any cleanup work
Establish communication systems and monthly workflow
Our onboarding process is structured and organized to ensure a smooth transition.
3. Ongoing Monthly Services
Once your books are current, we begin recurring services.
Each month:
Transactions are reviewed and categorized
Accounts are reconciled
Financial statements are delivered
Questions are organized and communicated through a shared document
Financial reports are typically delivered within the first few weeks of the following month.

What accounting software do you use?
We use QuickBooks Online. If you are currently using another system — or are starting from scratch — we can assist with setup or migration.
What services do you not provide?
We do not currently provide payroll processing, bill pay management, or tax return preparation.
How are services delivered?
All services are provided virtually. Communication takes place via email and Zoom. We serve clients throughout the United States.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is customized based on the size, complexity, and scope of your business. After your discovery call, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining your investment.
Do you prepare tax returns?
We do not prepare tax returns. However, we coordinate with your CPA and provide the necessary financial reports to ensure a seamless tax filing process.
